I love to work with first time home buyers. I have helped many buyers find their dream home. I have experience with new construction. In my own experience I have general contracted my own home have had many experiences with new construction. I have helped many sellers get their homes under deposit. I have a good eye and understand of what needs to be done with a property to get it under deposit. I help the homeowner prepare and stage the home so that it is ready for photography and ready to be marketed. I market the home. I negotiate the offer, negotiate the inspections and I am at the closing table making sure your transaction closes.

I'm originally from Michigan. I lived in Farmington, CT for 20 years and Newtown, CT for the past 20 years and Bethel for the last five years. I have been married or 45 years and we have one child.
